@eileen, thanks for stopping by. I'm very glad I was able to go out for a walk and capture the blooms yesterday. When we went out to see them again today, they're no longer the same as yesterday. Many have just withered.

Your cherry blossoms look different from the ones I have seen in the USA. Of course you know the leaves appear after the flowers. You are lucky that spring has arrived early for you!

Cherry blossoms are sweet-smelling, too. I could just imagine the scent of your surroundings with all those flowers around.

@kathy, there are different varieties of Sakura. No, kathz we didn't win this time but it's worth the experience and exposure as they're all first year and first-timers.
Thanks for coming here again after my long absence:)

@Sara, there are different varieties, too, in here but here in our condo we have this with deep pink and lighter one. Yes' we're lucky spring has come as we can also enjoy the bounty of fruits until summer.

@Coffeedoff and @Evelyn, yes they're more beautiful when they have fallen. I feel like it's someone's wedding:)

@MsRay, I love the scent and the ground covered with fallen blooms when we go down from our floor to take a walk. We're really lucky we have Sakura right here in our condo. And we're luckier our condo is not just buildings but ornamented with trees and gardens all around with lots of squirrels and birds making them their abode.
